Photo Magentaplus (previously known as Jim McGrath Photography) was established over three years ago and is based in Kissonerga, Paphos.  We cover  the areas of Paphos, Kato Paphos, Coral Bay, Polis, Latchi, Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley, Pissouri & Limassol and work closely with many professional photographers  throughout the island.

We are there to record your days events in the most unobtrusive way possible and it is an honour to be part of such a private and special day. We are around watching, not in your face but in the background.  Experience tells us when to expect things to happen, when to help them along and when to stay out of your way.  

 About Jim
Originally from England Jim specialises in Wedding and Portrait Photography (UK Trained).  A member of SWPP (Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers), a Certified Photographic Consultant, with the added bonus of expertise in developing and processing having trained with Fuji, UK. 

Karen and I married in Las Vegas so we both understand what it feels like to marry abroad. I have a stepdaughter Sarah who is passionate about film, television and photography. Following her travels around Australia and New Zealand came to join us for 18 months here in Cyprus. But as we thought she got itchy feet again and now travels the world working on cruise ships and comes over to Cyprus when she is on leave.

 About Karen
Originally from England Karen now specialises in marketing and photographic production and more recently working as a second photographer.
 An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with experience in freelance marketing consultancy, professional business networking. conference/event management, training/development and also a qualified hair stylist and beautician. 

Jim and I decided to make the move to Cyprus as we felt the UK could no longer offer us the lifestyle we wanted. 

My work involves marketing our photography services here in Cyprus along with managing our web site/s and taking care of the most important part of our business - our customers!

I love supporting our bridal couples in the run up to their special day, meeting them in Cyprus  - one of the reasons I developed a new website especially for Paphos Brides to be.  http://www.paphosbrides2b.com/ 

I am now working as a second photographer working in the background at some of our weddings and enjoying every minute.  So we can now  photograph at the same location, but in two different places at the same time.

We have met so many wonderful people through our work here, many of which have been back to visit.
